When it comes to senior pictures Laramie Wyoming has so many amazing locations to choose from. For Isaac’s senior photo session we chose to head towards the Snowy Range in order to take full advantage of the changing colors.
Love how he rocked so many outfits all of which fit his own personal sense of style. Including ropes, saddles and chaps helped to speak to he things that he enjoys doing with his time. We actually first met Isaac when we photographed a wedding for his sweet family. He was just a kid then and it has been so amazing to see the great young man he has turned into. He is smart, confident and really knows who he is.
We were so spoiled for locations for his session… We had changing aspens, mountain rivers, dirt roads and old barns. If you are a western senior this session is to die for!

Here at ARDENT we deliver full galleries. Why is this important? You won’t be asked to select just your favorites or to narrow it down to only what is included in your package! We edit every photo individually to be the best it can be. Your senior photo gallery will feature both a color and a black & white version of each image. We always include high resolution digital images and also include a printing release in your downloadable online gallery. This means you don’t ever need to pay for anything extra to be able to print and enjoy your photos. You get to share each and every image with family and friends!
You just tell us what type of a feel you’d like for your session and we can take it from there! Whether your senior loves the mountains, maybe is more ‘city’ or would love to include their sports or activities… we can custom design a session that will be perfect! We have so many amazing locations to choose from. This, combined with two outfit changes and two background locations means your senior will have a hard time choosing just one for the yearbook!
How far in advance should you reserve your session?
Senior sessions are most often reserved with contracts in the winter before your senior year or the spring that follows. The actual photographing of your session can be anytime with most people looking to have them taken in the Summer or Fall. There is definitely a high demand for changing colors so if that is what you have your heart set on we would definitely recommend reserving ASAP.
Can we take a family photo in addition to senior photos?
Absolutely, our ‘Senior Plus’ session includes everything from our ‘Senior Session’ package AND MORE! Not only do you get double the amount of time, outfits and backgrounds but we also give you the option of having a portrait taken of your family at the end of the session! For many seniors, they are soon going to be off to college so it is so nice to have an easy family portrait taken while they are still at home.
How many outfit changed are allowed?
Each senior photo package is different however you can plan on having two outfit selections for our ‘ Senior Session” package and 4 outfit selections for our ‘Senior Plus’ package. We really want your senior’s personality, likes and interests to shine through. Feel free to bring favorite outfits, sports uniforms, Letterman jackets and anything else you would like to have incorporated.
Can we include sports and different activities?
YES! We love including sports and activities into our senior pictures Laramie Wyoming. Feel free to bring your instrument and let us know which sports you play. We can definitely photograph on the court, field, track etc… There is also something special about embracing these sports and activities while showcasing them in a nature setting. Think changing aspen trees and your baseball uniform, holding a basketball in a gorgeous mountain scene or even playing your guitar in a downtown urban location.
Are we able to include pets?
We do allow pets. We do ask that there be someone coming with you who can keep an eye on them when they are not being photographed during your senior pictures Laramie Wyoming session. Including pets is such a great way of capturing this special time.
What kinds of backgrounds are we able to choose from?
Many of our seniors first start with deciding between outdoor nature and city urban. From there we further refine to include certain areas or the ‘feel’ they are looking for. Some examples are mountain wildflowers, changing aspens, downtown alleys, city murals etc. We travel just about everywhere and know some amazing locations that won’t be cookie cutter backgrounds ensuring your senior pictures Laramie Wyoming will be unique to you.
How will we receive the photos from you?
All of your photos will be placed into a downloadable online gallery. Anyone with the url and password to your gallery is able to download and print photos. This makes it easy to share with friends and family and of course use them for ‘Senior Sunday’ on your social media.
Are the photos we receive retouched?
We really aren’t into heavily edited photos that don’t look like our subjects. That being said we do edit each photo individually which usually includes taming flyaway hairs, eliminating obvious acne and cleaning up any lint or other things that may stick to clothing.
Do we have to print the photos through your company?
DEFINITELY NOT! With a printing release you are able to print your photos whenever and wherever you want. We do offer printing through our company and some people choose to do so but it isn’t a requirement.
How do we go about getting the photo to the yearbook?
Because you have the high resolution digital images it makes it easy to just email your favorite Laramie senior photos to your schools yearbook contact.
What is needed to reserve a senior portrait session?
In order to reserve senior pictures Laramie Wyoming session we ask for two things: a signed contract and one half of your package price as a retainer. Both of these can be done electronically via email so the whole process is super easy. The remaining balance is due the day of your session.
